What is Vendman?
Vendman is a smartphone-based vending management system which controls and connects our operations and accounts systems. Vendman allows us to collect and analyse key information about our business and how we meet our customers’ needs.
How does Ratio use Vendman?
Every customer enquiry, service call and machine visit is processed on Vendman in real time. This means that every action is instantly recorded against the relevant machine and customer account.
Every member of our team works from a “whiteboard” which organises their tasks for the day. We monitor our managed vending service to ensure that each machine is being cleaned and replenished on schedule, and we can instantly identify and act upon any exceptions in the system.
